Our property owners product has been developed for the purpose of supporting small real estate investor's goals in securing stable rents in the marketplace for the purpose of reinvesting their principal without jeopardizing their future. Non-profit organizations have been targeted in our product for the purpose of achieving the maximum utility of their funds reaching the population which so badly needs their services. The products we have developed for government are designed to assist agencies in maximizing the number of people able to utilize the services that they offer with an emphasis being placed on moving people from public assistance toward self sufficiency.
President and CEO of Helping Hands Consultants, Inc., Dwayne E. Williams brings to HHC his experience as a very successful entrepreneur for the past 27 years, along with his 10 years of experience as a business consultant to RMC’s and RAC’s of the Housing Authority for the City of Los Angeles, California. Mr. Williams’ experience with start up companies and as a business consultant with assessment and troubleshooting experience is an invaluable asset to Helping Hands Consultants, Inc.
Lucille Loyce recently served as Assistant Executive Director of the Housing Authority for the City of Los Angeles, and previously served as Housing Management Director for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, and served as Assistant Executive Director/Secretary and Housing Management Director for the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As vice president and chief operations officer of Helping Hands Consultants, Inc., she brings real hands-on understanding of the inner workings of a public housing environment, as well as an understanding of the politics of change within such organizations.
Serving as chief financial officer of the corporation, and a practicing business lawyer in Los Angeles for 19 years, Sharon Coverly Hughes has worked with numerous start-up and developing businesses and nonprofit corporations. Her firm, Hughes & Dunstan, LLP, of Woodland Hills, CA, is A/V rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Her experience with start up businesses, contracts and problem solving is an added value for our clients.
